(OTCBB:STKH)(TSX VENTURE:SHC) today announced financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2008. A conference call and webcast will be held today at 4:10 PM EDT to discuss the results. All results are reported in US Dollars under accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America (US GAAP). Stockhouse(R) revenues for the second quarter of 2008 were $3.3 million, a decrease of 12 percent year-over-year. Six month revenues were $6.8 million, unchanged from the six months ended June 30, 2007. The Company had an EBITDA loss of $1.7 million and net loss of $2.8 million for the quarter. The net loss included non cash write offs of goodwill and intangible assets amounting to $0.8 million.
